I’m Shelley Sharma, a photographer based out of New Delhi. I specialize in food, product, travel and people photography.
After a career spanning more than 20 in the corporate world in creative film direction and production in news broadcasting and television commercials, I was curious about telling stories in a single frame. This quest led me to find what I love doing, and start, Schaffenskraft, my channel for creative expression through photography.
It was my sister in law Gauri’s passion for food which rubbed off on me,
where we teamed up and started to create some culinary magic. Gauri is
a self-taught chef, who took the plunge to leaving a 13-year career in the
corporate career to chase her passion for food and live life on her terms.
She is a recipe developer and food stylist who loves to read and write
about food in her free time.
Gauri enjoys trying various approaches to figure out what makes food look
the most appealing to the camera and a treat for the eyes. You will always
find her immersed in her cookbooks, trying out something new or learning
a new technique.to be deeply in-tune with the finer details of visual.

I love to experiment with colors,texture,composition and style. My philosophy of photography pushes me to always look for a different perspective, I look to bring out both seen or unseen, the experiences and emotions in my frames, narrating a visual story.
